Paul was exceedingly prompt with my emergency garage door repair need, arriving within a half hour of my call. During credit card payment for services, there was a small problem with his payment device and I was unknowingly charged twice. I picked Paul M. to replace a malfunctioning wall switch which was not locking out and was arbitrarily causing the door to go up at random times. After checking for a firm in my home town first (Turlock) I read his reviews , checked his web site and decided to call him. He was prompt, efficient, friendly and replaced the wall switch and installed a new door bottom weather seal in less than an hour.
