Stuart and the team at Nootka Tree Care did an excellent job on our Manitoba maple. I hired them to remove a limb, but they went above and beyond by fully pruning the entire tree. The cleanup was spotless, their service was professional, and they even left me with some neatly stacked firewood. Price was as quoted so no surprises. Communication was easy, and they accommodated my urgent request despite their busy schedule. Thank you! I highly recommend their services.
This was all around a great experience. From the moment Stuart came for a quote I knew my trees were in good hands. He was knowledgeable, helpful and we shared a vision. From our first interaction to job completion, their entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive, They were quick to answer any questions and offer advice. Pricing, professionalism, performance. Our overbearing apple trees desperately needed pruning sooner rather than later. I contacted Nootka on Friday and spoke to Natalie who was both affable and empathetic. Amazingly, she was able to have Stuart attend our property Friday afternoon and give us a quote. Miraculously, Stuart was able to schedule us on the following Monday.
