This was all around a great experience. From the moment Stuart came for a quote I knew my trees were in good hands. He was knowledgeable, helpful and we shared a vision. At the end of the day, you hire an arborist to do their job, and to Stuart and his team were a good choice. The quote was comparable to another estimate so that fell into line. We had a fantastic experience with this tree care team! They were fabulous, friendly, and incredibly professional from start to finish. The crew did an excellent job on our property — everything was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Pricing, professionalism, performance. Our overbearing apple trees desperately needed pruning sooner rather than later. I contacted Nootka on Friday and spoke to Natalie who was both affable and empathetic. Amazingly, she was able to have Stuart attend our property Friday afternoon and give us a quote. Miraculously, Stuart was able to schedule us on the following Monday. I was very impressed with Nootka Tree Care. They have fantastic communication, keeping me up to date every step of the way. They removed a large tree from my backyard. They were prompt and courteous when they arrived, worked diligently to remove and grind out the stump of a very large tree and cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. I have a maple tree that has prematurely shed most of its leaves this season and was quite concerned about its health. I called Nootka to schedule an appointment with an arborist and was extremely pleased to be told that they could accommodate a visit that same day.
