We were selling our house and she represented the buyers. Areas where her and her team should improve on: -Communication with the sellers and their agent -Time Management. -Managing expectations of her clients. -She made multiple monetary requests that were not communicated through the lawyers during the Attorney Review Period. She made this process more stressful than it should have been and dragged it out longer than it needed to be.
I cannot recommend Barb and the team at Noote Partners highly enough. My mother purchased a home within the last year, but soon after, we realized she needed to transition into an assisted living facility. I do not live in the area, and I did not know who can help me out, especially from over 1,000 miles away. Barb is truly remarkable! She has helped me buy two homes and sell one and she made the very stressful process seem not so stressful. She is patient, kind, flexible, adaptable and becomes so much more than just your realtor. She becomes a confidant, a listening ear, an emotional support human and just all around a wonderful person to take this journey with. She is thorough, knowledgeable and super responsive.
