We were assisted by Sukhi, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, pleasant, and incredibly kind throughout our visit. She took the time to help us with our purchase and made sure we left as happy and satisfied customers. Her excellent customer service truly made our experience enjoyable. Worst experience ever. I bought a ring from them and discovered I was completely deceived regarding its quality and details. The staff were dishonest and engaged in highly misleading sales tactics to push the sale. This place completely lacks integrity and transparency. Save your money and protect yourself—do not buy from them! Go to a reputable jeweler instead.
I am very disappointed with my experience. After my fiancé proposed, we went back to the jewelry store to have our engagement date engraved inside the ring. We spoke with the same salesperson who originally sold the ring to my fiancé. During our conversation, she explained that the ring would need to be sent to Toronto for the engraving and that we would have to leave it with them for 2 days.
