I had a great experience at this eye clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. The eye exam was done carefully, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I also got my prescription glasses from the clinic, and I’m very happy with them. The glasses look great, feel comfortable, and the prescription is perfect. Overall, excellent service and a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this eye clinic to anyone looking for professional and friendly eye care!
I had a very disappointing experience here. I went in for my annual eye exam and wanted to start wearing contact lenses. The contact-lens portion felt extremely rushed. The optician took my prescription and told me that the same machine used to check my prescription also determined the sizing for the contact lenses. There was no separate sizing or fitting process that I was shown or made aware of.
