Overpriced and misleading. I purchased a gold bracelet that was priced far above the market gold rate. Later, I found the same bracelet at another store with the same weight but higher karat for a lower price. I was also not informed that the bracelet contained an internal metal wire, which added to the weight and affected the value. The owner was unprofessional when I raised my concerns. Very disappointing experience.
Unfortunately, our experience at this store was not professional. The sales associate with white hair spent a significant amount of time talking about other staff members instead of focusing on the product or assisting us properly with the sale.
