My transmission (2017 Silverado) developed a shudder. I called all the shops around town for estimates on the rebuild and timeframe. Most of the prices were about the same. Randy just had the knowledge and answered all my questions and was just as real as they come. Randy LISTENED and acted with honesty and integrity. The owner is an absolute outstanding human being! Didn’t charge a diagnostic fee, and when the problem ended up being a simple as a solenoid had come unplugged, he didn’t even want to charge me for plugging it back in. I gave him a big tip anyways! Needless to say, he’s got my business for life!
Great experience! When I compared the cost for my service to other transmission companies no one came close to there price. And the service was A+! It’s hard to find honest people nowadays - I found my place and will go nowhere else!
