Would do a 0 star if I could. Did not deliver my oil on time, so tank was on E during this winter tried to call during business hours to fix this and they never answered my call. Called again right before closing to try and get an ETA said they would send someone out and charged me $212.00 because they delayed the delivery and then said it was my fault and charged me an emergency fix and sent me to collections. Gladly switching companies.
Professionalism is an understatement,always ahead of time, always there when needed...it's a pretty awesome feeling...Thank you Noonan Energy....especially the Palmer office!!!

It's always great experience with Noonan. They have serviced our HVAC units for nearly 4 decades. Joe did an excellent job sizing up our need for a new heat pump, and the installation men were excellent. Thanks also to Jared for coming up with a recommendation for a wifi thermostat.
Annual cleaning of boiler and checkup, work done well, very satisfied. Thank you. Electrical service in the past with the service to house taken down by falling limbs, excellent response time, again very satisfied with the work .
