horrible horrible… the lady at desk was very rude plus Tim said he will call me back in a few hrs never did . took my $393.55 stated they delivered oil. never did . please stay away from them.
High prices and horrible customer service Addition to the reply. No, you will not see me as a customer in your system because the woman who answered the phone stated, in a condescending tone, "You do not order enough from us to have an account here". I don't need oil that much so why would I order it when I don't need to? Everyone is struggling right now financially and to be degraded and put down by an employee is absolutely unprofessional
