Many tried but it was a Noonan technician who solved a furnace issue that went on for nearly a month. By that time I felt I was taking a short course on how a furnace worked . Must say I was impressed when he pulled out a multi-meter and attacked the problem like Sherlock Holmes. They hire experience and will show up at night. Isn't that when furnaces most often fail? You get what you pay for and while I know I could buy oil cheaper, you don't get Noonan service.
