I hired Noonan Construction in 2014 for a new roof. Unfortunately, the roof has leaked many times since then. The company came out once to repair the main leak. I was told that he wanted "the reinstalled flashing to go through a couple of good rains to make sure it's working". It is still leaking and Brian Noonan will not return my calls.
Hands down THE Best Value in the Tri-State Area!!! GO NOONAN!!!
