Noonan Carpentry's technicians are extremely knowledgeable. I emailed them a picture of the tiles I needed. They knew exactly what they were and they had some on hand!! When I bought the product, they even gave me general maintenance tips for the windows to hopefully extend their life. I highly recommend them.
Noonan Carpentry insisted on a "$99 service fee" to be paid before even seeing the job or giving a quote. I have no problem paying a trip fee when the work is done, but expecting customers to pay $99 for a quote is ridiculous!
It's always a pleasant surprise to have a contractor exceed your expectations. It hasn't happened to me very often. They did high quality work at a fair price, and their people are first rate customer service oriented, friendly, treated our property with respect, and they left the job site cleaner than they found it. I have no hesitancy in recommending this company.
