Absolutely love Nooma! This place welcomes everyone and makes sure you know how much they appreciate you. I love the different class options depending on what I need or feel like each day.
Absolutely love the classes but wished they played better music and stoped using the clean version. Also don’t like have some instructors are always 5+ minutes late.
Went to Strength Sculpt. It’s Sort of a hybrid of CorePower’s Yoga Sculpt with more Pilates type abs. I found the class to be challenging in a good way (not like a type 2 - trauma bond with you neighbor whom you are sweating on type of way.) Personally, I love classes in hot dark rooms, with loud music, and that are packed mat to mat. That said, I recognize that that’s not everyone’s vibe…. So just a know before you go type of thing. good workout and super fun, but the studio itself where you work out is really dirty. the matts are barely cleaned and the weights you put back directly on the shelf. i wouldn’t recommend this place solely based on hygiene because unsanitary conditions where people are constantly moving in and out of sweating is kind of dangerous in terms of spreading infections. i would come back if the hygiene were better
