Great variety of classes. Welcoming environment. I started with the trial and quickly knew I’d renew my membership!
I’ve hesitated to leave this review, but I believe others deserve an honest and transparent look at how this business operates behind the scenes. My experience with Nooma — and that of many others — has been marked by a consistent pattern of poor communication, lack of leadership, and an overall disregard for both customers and employees. Absolutely love Nooma! This place welcomes everyone and makes sure you know how much they appreciate you. I love the different class options depending on what I need or feel like each day.
Absolutely love the classes but wished they played better music and stoped using the clean version. Also don’t like have some instructors are always 5+ minutes late.
Went to Strength Sculpt. It’s Sort of a hybrid of CorePower’s Yoga Sculpt with more Pilates type abs. I found the class to be challenging in a good way (not like a type 2 - trauma bond with you neighbor whom you are sweating on type of way.) Personally, I love classes in hot dark rooms, with loud music, and that are packed mat to mat. That said, I recognize that that’s not everyone’s vibe…. So just a know before you go type of thing.
