I work for a senior living community, Pinnacle Groves, and we included Nooma in our Small Business Appreciation project. This is the yoga studio I go to and I absolutely love it so it was fun also including them in this project! If you're looking for a way to move and recharge check them out! It's more than just a workout studio, their classes combine yoga, strength, and movement in a heated space designed to help you reconnect with your mind and body. Highly recommend!
This place has great workouts and great instructors. The problem is that they pack everyone in like sardines to where you cannot fully do the moves the instructor is doing because you are mat to mat. It gets really gross whenever the person next to you sweats all over your mat because we are so close to each other and it is not their fault it’s just everyone is so tight in the room. I love Nooma! I’ve been a member at the studio since October and coming to class is always my favorite part of the day.
Great workout, encouraging environment, a great space to free your mind & focus on being in that moment for an hour.
