My high school daughter invited me to attend a “strength and sweat” class with her because she absolutely loves it. Customer service is terrible, they never answer the phones. They keep drafting my account even though I contacted them and cancelled a couple months ago, all of a sudden I’m getting auto drafted. Only way to communicate is via email and it takes them so long to reply back. Will not return to this location!

Shady billing practices. No way to cancel in the app, have been emailing support for days now, and have heard nothing. Calling the studio goes to voicemail. I already lost interest after realizing how religious this place is (I’m queer) and now to have to process a cc chargeback.. ugh. Nooma served a valuable role in my life the past two months but it’s certainly ending on a sour note.
