Nice shelves and good customer service
Purchased a shelf for my kitchen redo in May. I was sent the wrong size bracket for the shelf and it doesn't reach the studs and can't be hung. i made several phone calls to customer service and sent photos via e-mail and no response. In my last phone call I was told I would hear from them by the end of the day.........nothing!

Poor quality products and The refund will exclude the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition, and a 15% restocking fee.
Love the shelves! They are exactly what I was looking for. However, they did come with the incorrect hardware. I would still recommend the product but be ready to swap out the screws and anchors!
