I ordered a dish that had the vegetarian symbol next to it on the menu, and it arrived with a pile of ground meat on it. They said I should have told them I’m a vegetarian, but this is their fault for misusing the vegetarian symbol on the menu. They even charged us for the dish I couldn’t eat. I’m going back to Urban Hai for all future Chinese food in Midtown.
Hands down the BEST shrimp fried rice I have ever had! The wings, perfect! The service was absolutely amazing! Such a great experience 🩷🤍
