If you are going to offer an online preordering service with select pickup times, the food should be done by that time rather than 25 mins later. Especially if you ordered an hour in advance...
Fantastic service. Even when busy they still managed to maintain and keep everything under control. I will be back! I got cheese bread that was a little bit and they came back with a whole new one without asking. Great customer service!
Stopped to pick up dinner the other day, first and possibly last time. They could not get my order straight (two items), and it wasn't until I got to my car that I realized they'd only given me half my order. Wasn't until I got home that I realized they didn't add the chicken to the pasta either. The penne had hardly any sauce. Mac and cheese was fine according to my 7 year old. Very disappointing.
Normally I enjoy their food but i waited almost 20mins for my order to go and got home and the chicken was so old it was inedible and the pasta was dry and I had to put olive oil on it so I could choke it down
I only give it one star because I went in to order and wait for my meal and got home and it was wrong. Called and was apologized to and they would fix it, no problem. However, ate my meal and less than 2 hrs later had FOOD POISONING!!! I ordered the Alfredo with shrimp! I've ordered here before no problem but sadly this was a bad experience.
I liked the fact that company was included with the noodles.
