I always make a point to come to Noodles when I'm in town. Tonight, though I found a policy of the restaurant rather odd. Their "Happy Hour" has stipulations that are not advertised in any way and leaves customers puzzled and frustrated. Apparently Happy Hour Beverages are available no matter where one sits in the restaurant. However, if one is seated outside, at a non, high top table, one is not entitled to the Happy Hour Appetizers that all the other customers are.
