Love coming here! Always do a great job with my order. Their associate Rich is also nice and helpful as well.
Went for dinner with my family tonight 3/7/19 and they messed up our order, when askes to speak to a manager he came over with no name badge claimes his name was Rich. Rich came to our table with a attitude and acted like customers are always wrong, and did not want to resolve the problem. We will never return to this location and will let our friends and family know about the poor customer service we have receaved.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We are regulars and come once per week, and this is the 2nd time this month we have found hair in our food. I will NEVER return to this location. When I brought it to managers attention, they said it’s not their policy to wear hair nets which I think is repulsive. When you have mainly female staff with long hair, they need to do something to keep the hair out of food. It didn’t seem that the manager or employees cared or were willing to fix the situation. Food was okay!! They didn’t sauté my spinach much in my pene Rosa and my tomatoes weren’t ripe at all. I’ve had better at other noodles.
Super irritated right now, decided to treat myself to noodles and company tonight and I ordered buffalo mac and cheese with double chicken and when I got home there is NO chicken. The pasta was still good but it's not exactly what I was craving....:( disappointed
Service was good, but tables were dirty. Food was ok. Soup could have been a little hotter, but it was different and tasty.
Absolutely love this place and the employees are so friendly!
