RecommendedI was there today around 11 am at the one on Howell Ave in Oak Creek. I normally love it there. But today was a hot mess. Bad customer service! super slow! we waited inside for our order 30 minutes and than only got it because we asked!! For the prices go to Chinese Panda gourmet...
We did take out order, was very specific and get home with wrong food. We called and they changed stuff but did not tell us prior. They said they would send coupons and never did. Called and they said had address spelled wrong and would resend. Still nothing and it’s been a month. Poor customer service
Very weak service. We were not served what we ordered and when they tried to correct the mistake they still brought out the wrong dish.
Over the past 19 years my daughter has transitioned from child-friendly to undergrad friendly.
Flies all over the counter and a couple landed on me while I waited to place my order. I dined in and they had several tables that had signs saying “please do not sit here AC is dripping water”. I looked around at the few empty tables available and every single one of them was dirty not just a little dirty but I could see food from the last person still. Ordered 2 soups and they didn’t close the lids tight and it got all over the place. Called to complain and the supervised was rude because I couldn’t come in to get a new soup. I told her I couldn’t I was at work. She said she’d mail me a coupon but never did. Smh don’t go here!
Disguisting and dirty dishes everywhere. Not one clean table to sit at and took 30+ minutes just to get mac n cheese.
Well there were empty tables and a lot of them, they had numbers on them, but were dirty...no one was cleaning them and there were no clean places to sit. Customers had to ask to have tables cleaned. The numbers were from previous customers, so basically it was dirty.
