Way substandard!. I ordered fettuchini with chicken. What I got was spaghetti noodles with a very small amount of sauce and some seasoned chicken that was very thin. A TV dinner would have been better. Very disappointed. Perhaps some of their other dishes are better? Won't be returning. Talked to manager and was offered nothing...

Horrible food. I've been here 3 times now and the food is always horrible. The vegetables are far from fresh. Their noodle dishes taste like the $2 microwavable meals from Wal-Mart. I gave them one last shot and got a spicy chicken Caesar wrap. The bread was stale, as soon as I unwrapped the paper everything fell out! It was a disaster, and it wasn't even spicy in the slightest. To sum it sll up i got sick 2 out of the 3 times i ate here. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Genghis, for a dollar or two more you can have ... read more

Big Thumbs Down. I love the concept of Noodles & Co., but they failed to deliver. Have been there twice and was hugely disappointed both times. I ordered an Indonesian noodle dish with added chicken breast--the chicken was so overcooked and dry, it actually crunched in my mouth. I tried them again and ordered a pesto sauce. The pasta was overcooked to mush. The pesto sauce was extremely salty. The whole dish was awful. I stood in line for too long on both visits and wasted my money. I can't recommend this restaurant.

Have eaten here a few times and its always busy but food is great and staff is good so worth the wait the multi drink station with touch screen is a bad germ idea from all the people touching it but we bring our own water so not a problem lol

Pleasant Suprise. Even though there was a line (long line) to get in and the ordering process was difficult for some people to grasp, once we were in and order placed the service was was unexpectedly quick. The food was ample and good 'n' tastey. Can't wait to go back. Lots of interesting options to sample. Pricing was decent even with a protein addition. Can't say that I would add shrimp to the meal, $2.50 for 5 shrimp a little much. Total bill for two under $20.00 including beverage. Fair enough.
