We initially went next door for Xinjiang halal food but left after nearly an hour of waiting—no silverware, only one soup dish served—and my group had a theater show to catch. We came to this place instead, and the experience was night and day. The service was quick and professional. After we told the waiter we were in a hurry, we literally saw him run back to the kitchen. easily the best Chinese restaurant in Palo Alto. incredible staff, menu, and interior. even the tables and chairs are Chinese style. waiters are friendly and helpful. this is real Chinese food, Hunan style. we bring friends there. we've had business dinners there. ask the waiters to recommend dishes. everything we've ever had delicious. Noodle Talk is locally owned by a family.
