Noodle Master on Garth in Baytown. One person running the front, friendly and attentive — checked on me once or twice but was watching the room the whole time which I appreciated. Mongolian beef came out hot, but flavor was just okay / mediocre — tender beef, heavy on onion and sweet sauce. Portion is very rice-forward vs. the main.
