I found Jo through a web search, looking for hypnotherapy to help with some deep underlying issues I have with self worth, people pleasing and anxiety. My son was dealing with mental anxiety after a lot of mental abuse from the game of baseball from a certain coach. After getting to the root of the issue, he and Jo Jo developed a way to deal with the constant abuse. It had gotten to the point where my son wasn’t enjoying the game anymore. When I started my hypnotherapy journey, a co-worker asked me to text them if I felt like it effective. Just sent that text, and I am happy to report that it really did help. Jo was exceptionally kind and helpful, she was really concerned about my anxieties and actively worked to help me fix them. I am largely a man of science, not very religious, and depite my initial skepticism, the trainings were very helpful.
