Since May 2025, the sauna has functioned properly. But the music is unnecessarily loud and sometimes littered with offensive language. Why does it have to be so loud when people have headphones already. Does steroids mean louder heavy metal music? Some of the equipment I do not use is because it has been broken ever since I rejoined so..... you can't use broken equipment. But overall, if people would stop vaping in the locker rooms and men's showers, it would smell a lot better.

Excellent Gym, Great equipment for every type of lifter and owner is always improving and hands on which is rare! Great staff and great atmosphere well worth checking it out.

The Gym doesn't make me, I make the gym, Id rather throw bricks in a backpack and do push ups before paying 60$ a month, wild, Especially going to this location for over 10 years. Should respect the grandfather in members.

Well equipped, clean 24hr gym in Port Charlotte. Separate HIIT room including deadlift platforms, squat racks, slam ropes, medicine balls, Precor rower, with indoor turf to utilize the power sled. They also have a mirrored posing/Instagram room for bodybuilders, influencers and bikini competitors. Excellent, well balanced gym with zero restrictions
