This is a fantastic gym for young, old , newbies or seasoned pros. They have the most equipment I have seen in a gym in along time, with an old school vibe that allows you to get results right off the bat because that's what that equipment was built for. The owners of this gym know what there doing. Staff and patrons are fantastic and any question is a good question . Everything you need is in this gym, check it out they offer a 3 day pass, you won't be disappointed

* Bad business * It’s absolutely the worst experience at this place and totally regret going there. These guys are ruthless and disrespectful. I will make sure I tell all my friends about it.

I have been coming here for a few years now great staff very friendly people always greet you as you come in. Very clean gym with a big selection of equipment. The sauna is great and it gets very hot, I enjoy using it.

This gym is extremely unsanitary. The entire place constantly smells terrible, and it’s clear they do not clean regularly. They don’t even provide wipes to clean equipment, which is a major hygiene concern. Honestly, you’re putting yourself at risk of catching an infection with how poorly this facility is maintained. On top of being dirty and neglected, the gym is also overpriced for what you get. Save your money this place is a health hazard and absolutely not worth it.

I live in South Venice (Wellen Park) and there aren’t any good gyms nearby set up for serious bodybuilding. Muscle Asylum is clean, well-equipped, and has everything needed for real training — free weights, plate-loaded and selectorized machines, and good space. The people are solid, and parking is easy. Definitely worth the drive for me - about 20 minutes.
