Dylan was exceptional. Super fast, thorough and accurate. On time and great customer service. We are so impressed by Non-profit home inspections team and how they work. We used them both to buy our home and for the builder warranty to make sure we find everything possible.
Charles did a fantastic job! Honest assessment that clued me into some vital things that would need to be addressed. As a result of one of the things he highlighted, I was able to negotiate $15K in closing costs. This is the 2nd time I used Nonprofit Home Inspections and it won't be the last. Detailed inspection report with lots of photos. Cody did a fantastic job. He was very thorough.. We received a detailed report that included all pictures and recommendations. Appreciated all the work that went into making the report easy to read. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be recommending him to anyone that needs an inspection.
Joseph is the nicest and most helpful person. He explained everything and was very thorough. When I needed him to come back to reinspect quickly he made time for me right away. He communicated exactly how things would happen and left zero guess work up to me.
