We’ve used their team for multiple inspections of both new construction and remodels. This week, we had Lee and Dylan complete inspections at two different properties- both did an excellent job. Each inspector has been thorough and detailed in their reporting, thoughtful in letting us know big and little things they notice around the property, and were exceptionally speedy with getting the report written and shared. Charles did a fantastic job! Honest assessment that clued me into some vital things that would need to be addressed. As a result of one of the things he highlighted, I was able to negotiate $15K in closing costs. This is the 2nd time I used Nonprofit Home Inspections and it won't be the last. Detailed inspection report with lots of photos.
