Nonprofit Home Inspections exceeded our expectations. Our inspector, Dylan, was fantastic. Extremely thorough, professional, and clearly dedicated to his work. He spent over four hours carefully examining every detail of the home we were considering, and thanks to his diligence, we discovered that the house, while it initially appeared move-in ready, had several serious issues that we would’ve otherwise missed. We had a last minute schedule change and Cody was very understanding and graceful with us. When we did have our inspection, Cody was extremely thorough. He used a drone to inspect the roof, infrared, radon and mold testing. He also takes lots of pictures. I feel much better about the purchase of our home knowing that we had such a thorough inspection.
This is our fifth home purchase. We were very impressed with Lee Stoudemire's competence and ability to explain what he found to us. Everything from a cracked switch plate to an aging out HVAC unit that could be a $10K expense soon. The online scheduling process is great. And the fee schedules and cancelation policy are straightforward and reasonable. We liked that Nonprofit Home Inspections is nonprofit. Charles was absolutely amazing! Great communication, very thorough. He walked me through the whole inspection and not only telling me what was wrong but also showing me and explaining anything that was needed. He definitely is a saving grace! With his experience and knowledge, he definitely saved us when it came to buying our first home.
Charles performed an amazing inspection of the property we are purchasing, which revealed things I wouldn't normally see or be aware of while looking at a house. I appreciated his professionalism and politeness during and after the inspection and would highly recommend!
