Charles did a fantastic job! Honest assessment that clued me into some vital things that would need to be addressed. As a result of one of the things he highlighted, I was able to negotiate $15K in closing costs. This is the 2nd time I used Nonprofit Home Inspections and it won't be the last. Detailed inspection report with lots of photos. In person he went over the big items that should be fixed immediately and the report covered everything else (and then some, they left no stone unturned). Thanks Charles!

Nonprofit Home Inspections exceeded our expectations. Our inspector, Dylan, was fantastic. Extremely thorough, professional, and clearly dedicated to his work. We had a last minute schedule change and Cody was very understanding and graceful with us. When we did have our inspection, Cody was extremely thorough. He used a drone to inspect the roof, infrared, radon and mold testing. He also takes lots of pictures. I feel much better about the purchase of our home knowing that we had such a thorough inspection.
