We had an excellent experience with this home inspection company. They were incredibly thorough, professional, and detailed throughout the entire process. Scheduling was quick and easy, which we really appreciated during a tight timeline. They took the time to answer all of my buyers’ questions and made sure everyone felt informed and confident moving forward. Their communication and expertise truly stood out. I would absolutely recommend them again and again!

Cody completed a thorough home inspection for my client and delivered a detailed, same-day report. He met with me afterward for a walkthrough, clearly explaining his findings and taking the time to answer questions for both myself and my client. I truly appreciate his mindfulness and patience throughout the process, and I would confidently recommend his services to anyone.

Cody provided a whole home inspection. His level of attention to detail and thoroughness was greatly appreciated. He readily shared his findings verbally as well as providing a comprehensive written report. Care was taken throughout the inspection to protect the property. I've had homes inspected in the past and Cody provided the best and most thorough. I highly recommend him and his company Nonprofit Home Inspections

Mr. Lewis patiently explained his findings and ensured that I understood the needed repairs in the areas referenced in his report, particularly concerning health and safety. This is a person who will go the extra mile for his client. We are so very grateful to have had the blessing o... read more
