This is the second time I have used Nonprofit. They are very efficient and professional.
My family and I have been struggling in the home that we currently live in health wise We are limited income and we are blessed with a free radon kit to test our home. Nonprofit home inspections provided this test to us free of charge. I’m so very grateful.
I would not recommend this company for a home inspection. They told me the 11-year-old roof had a 20-year lifespan and only needed moss removal. After buying the home, I found out during moss removal that the entire roof needed immediate replacement. I don’t understand how such a major issue was overlooked.
Will use their service again and again!
We recently did our home inspection with Cody and it was nothing short of thorough. During the walkthrough, he was incredibly detailed and knowledgable about both areas of concern and things to keep on our radar. He was also so prompt in sending us his report, and readily available to answer any follow up questions. He even went out on short notice to complete follow up tests we requested. Thanks for making this process a ton easier!
