Friendly but I mad the hair appointment Saturday. Sent pics. Was not told until I hit back the second time (I left my hair at home) that they could not do the style. Today is Tuesday! Which means they had from Saturday the day I sent the pics until today to tell me they could not do the style. Now I’m stuck in the car calling around. Thanks.
