They Did A Good Job With My Hair A Few Times But I Think They Need To Start Hair Braiding Classes I Been Wanting To Learn How To Do Hair But There Was Nobody To Teach Me But When I Asked The Lady She Told Me No They Don't Provide Any Hair Braiding Classes
My hair is beyond beautiful, I received small bora bora knotless box braids. Customer service skills were amazing. They were able to get me in the same day! I will be returning. ***Update (3/18/2025): I had to lower two stars because some of the “knotless” braids became unrivaled. I thought maybe it was a malfunction on my end but the closer I looked, you can clearly see the curly pieces to the braids were added to early on in the braid which was causing the root of the braid to become loose and slip.
