The quartz counter top that they installed is towards the dull side in terms of shine; I don't even know if Quartz is what they put in. We paid extra to have a lot of veining running through the white quartz, and you can just barely see any. Then the Installers chipped the quartz around the sink. The Representative in the Sales Department we found out new very little about what she sold us.
