After interviewing and speaking with multiple business brokers in Las Vegas it was clear to me that Alan was the right choice. He only works for Sellers, is an expert at business valuations and marketing and knows a ton about the legal and accounting aspects. We were purchasing a small restaurant. The deal was low in dollars but very complicated. Alan and his team went above and beyond to help us close the deal. He held my hand through the entire process. He is very detailed oriented and thought of ways to complete the complex transaction. If it wasn't for Alan, we would not have our new beautiful restaurant! Very Professional and knowledgeable . I appreciated Alan's honest, no-pressure process of valuing my business and walking me through the process of selling my business . The 2 things that impressed me were his focus on confidentiality and experience handling larger transactions. I also loved that he only represented me and not the buyer so there was no conflict of interest.
