Tucked away in a far corner of a local shopping mall, is a gem of a place - Nonna Maria's Italian Deli & Market. Well, as I just stopped in for a deli sandwich, I can't honestly review the market piece of this establishment; but, inlooikng around, it appeared to be well stocked with meats, cheeses, pastas, baked goods, and prepared dishes, etc. However, I can speak to the deli aspect. Best sandwich in charlotte hands down. The fresh mozzarella and quality bread make a huge difference. Go support this place. Rivals sandwiches I’ve had in Philly and NYC
The owner and workers were very nice and attentive, and the salami was absolutely delicious!
Good sandwiches. Nice place.
Ordered the godfather, spicy dill pickle chips and cannoli. The food was amazing, fresh and authentic. The staff are friendly and make you feel like family. One of my favorite spots!!!
