A great addition to Matthew's. An authentic Italian deli with a market and fresh meats and cheeses! I had the L'Italiano Sandwich with Prosciutto di parma, burrata, arugula, O&V, and balsamic glaze. Absolutely amazing sandwich. The bread is made locally and tastes fresh and the burratta was delicious. Next time I'm in Matthews I will definitely return!
As an American Italian who is proud of American Italian heritage month I drive 2 hours to eat here once a month where I am originally from in Matthews NC to also honor Christopher Columbus Day the first Italian American The best food, the best people, the best Italian American experience.
