I want to start off by saying this review has nothing to do with Dr.Isa, she is and has been a fantastic pediatrician to my children. She's very caring, thorough and knowledgeable. However, Dr. Isas receptionist at her new location at the Hill Centre is absolutely frustrating. When I initially called, I had to explain 3x why I needed my child to see the Dr. Then when she messed the appt date up when confirming it, I corrected her and she asked me what day it was and what the date was. Really disappointed in dr. Isa. Went in to get a referral in January. Waited months to find out no referral was sent. Contacted dr. Isa and she admitted the fault was hers, and stated she would send referral, 2 weeks later still no referral sent. Going to start phoning everyday to get answers.
Dr.Isa is by far the best paediatrician we’ve ever had. She’s kind, caring and always listening to parents concerns. Thank you for all you do!
