Please don't bring your vehicle here for anything more than detailing. I have given this place hundreds of dollars. After several visits the last one will be my last. I dropped it off on Wednesday for a Thursday repair (because it wasnt repaired the first time) only to be told the part that was supposed to have been ordered the Friday prior wasn’t there and they'd need it another night. 5 stars - Well deserved!! Let me start by saying I have never had a good experience with any auto mechanic. And, when my care was in need of repair greater then what my husband was capable and willing to attempt - I did my homework to locate a trustworthy, honest and reasonable auto repair company. Nonato is the place! He, his wife (of 16 yrs - awesome) and all their staff are kind, personable and professional. Highly recommend!!!!

While the customer service was decent, the scheduling of an appointment and receiving that proper assistance is horrible. Had an appointment at 11:30, showed up ten minutes early to check-in. Told me it would be 45 mins until they could see me. Didn’t get seen until 12:50, told it would take 45 mins…. Been an hour and some change. Only reason why I came was because I was referred by discount tires… I don’t think I’ll be coming again until they can fix their scheduling.
