Absolutely horrible place . Stay away from this office . We been with them for a while then we changed our insurance to Oscar . Called in today to book another appointment for my kid but they said we don’t work with Oscar , I said it’s ok I’ll pay cash for the visit . They said we can’t take your cash since you have insurance that we don’t work with . Make it to make sense Now I understand why your google reviews at 4.0 You guys lost another client . Bye
Best Pediatrician Dr. My son David Hernandez has been her patient since year 2013 that we moved to FL and can't be more grateful with her care, honesty and compassion for a child with ASD. Her staff alwats goes above and beyond with their patient's care, requests of parents and etc great team work. I highly recommend this Pediatrician Clinic to everyone with a child. God bless Dr. Salma Elfaki and her staff.
Love this pediatric center. Both of my children go to her. Dr Salma is an amazing doctor, she pays attention to the need of the child and also the need of the parents for their child. And has amazing staffs, from the receptionist to the nurses, they are all amazing and very respectful. We absolutely love Nona Pediatrics and Dr. Elfaki along with the entire staff! I never have to worry about not being able to make a last minute appointment, as they are very quick to answer and respond to appointment requests or any other questions or concerns I may have. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, I would recommend Nona Pediatric always!
Dr. Elfaki has a lot of knowledge and takes the time to listen and explain very well. She also makes us feel comfortable.
