Customer service is not a concept they understand. Guilty of false advertising of product abilities (specifically ability to send photos directly to a computer with a home unit). Decent product, just do not believe in what they say they can do. They are selling it as is they can do something, but in reality it is what they hope they can do sometime in the future. Over a year and still not available.
Purchased Three of the Cuddeback game cameras. The first one lasted about 6 months before I started having problems with it. I went on the website to troubleshoot and went through the ridiculously troublesome process of updating the camera which made it work again for a short period of time. The next year I purchased the newer version of the camera which worked great again for about six months.
