Customer service is not a concept they understand. Guilty of false advertising of product abilities (specifically ability to send photos directly to a computer with a home unit). Decent product, just do not believe in what they say they can do. They are selling it as is they can do something, but in reality it is what they hope they can do sometime in the future. Over a year and still not available.
Purchased Three of the Cuddeback game cameras. The first one lasted about 6 months before I started having problems with it. I went on the website to troubleshoot and went through the ridiculously troublesome process of updating the camera which made it work again for a short period of time. After purchasing a new Attack IR Camera made by this company, we received a defective unit. For days now we have sat on hold trying to get speak with someone, but still no luck. They do not respond to emails, nor answer their phone. If you may need any sort of support on their products, I would highly recommend finding another brand that may care just a little about their customers; it is obvious this company DOES NOT! This is an excellent product and easy to use. However to install the strap is not. I suggest you have a small key ring etc installed when you manufacture this product or forget including the strap in your package. Thank You Steve Berlin
