We had such incredible process with our DJ - in the months and weeks leading to the wedding, and of course during the event itself. Non-traditional DJs were the perfect choice from start to finish. Ben, the owner, treated us like VIP clients from day 1, and was always super responsive and helpful. We had 1000 follow-up questions and were operating on a budget, but he never seemed to mind at all. The day of our wedding, Taela was SUPER on top of it despite a number of schedule changing curveballs. She was helpful, professional, and flexible. Jonathan DJed our wedding last weekend at Maritime Parc! He was great at coordinating all the music for our ceremony and was on fire at the reception. So many of our guests said he was the best wedding dj they’d ever seen and he was seamless at integrating the Indian and Italian music we asked for and keeping the energy high all night! The NWT team is super communicative and easy to work with. Also the Photo Booth was a total highlight and I’ve been loving going through everyone’s pics!

Thando was fantastic. He interpreted our reference music really well, keeping the important stuff, filtering out anything that would have sapped energy, and turned it into a banger of a playlist that kept the dance floor full all night, moving seamlessly from genre to genre. He was also, importantly, prompt, quick with his set up and helpful on the night with all the logistics. Ben, the company owners, was also really helpful as we got everything set up ahead of the wedding.

Natalie was absolutely immense on our wedding day! The sheer range of what she handled and how flawlessly she handled it, was remarkable. She was toggling between ceremony microphones in one location, perfectly timing our processional music in another, then moving into a late ’90s New York City hip-hop mix for dinner in an entirely different space.
