I was recommended to them by a mutual friend, trusting the recommendation I foolishly paid them in full before they completed the tune on my vehicle. The agreement beforehand was that they'd tune my truck immediately after I put my engine in. Its my daily driver work truck so I couldnt wait around. They knew this.
