An amazing experience! Everyone was kind, professional, patient and compassionate. This whole experience was better than I could have imagined. I felt very comfortable leaving my pet in their very capable hands. We are so fortunate to have these kind, skilled people here locally!
Brought my beloved kitty SK here for a full dental extract. It was her third dental in three months with continuous weight loss etc so it was borderline emergency at that point. I was referred to Dr Stanley by another vet as an expert in full dental extracts and he didn’t disappoint! CCVS fit her in very quickly, listened to my concerns and handled my sassy/vocal tortie girl with ease. Couldn't give higher praise to Dr. Stanley and the wonderful team at CCVS Tower Hill. Recently took my ageing pug into CCVS for both BOAS and mast cell treatment. The quote was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had gotten, and the initial consultation made me comfortable to go with them. Both technicians we worked with during our visits were fantastic. Dr Stanley himself is great with animals and gave my pug the attention and care she deserved. Dr Stanley and the staff are amazing. They genuinely care about what they do and I felt very confident with them taking care of my boy. My dog had a TPLO surgery for a torn ACL and they kept us informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to care for your pet.
