The office staff and doctor does not value your time. They have canceled two appointments less than one hour before the scheduled time and rescheduled me twice on another occasion. At my last appointment with Dr. Baky, before I switched doctors, he arrived 30 minutes late and was sitting in his office. When I asked the staff what was happening, they said he just arrived and laughed in my face, and one staff member even slammed the door of the room I was waiting in. The office is disorganized and very rude.
He has been ignoring my calls to get my pain meds after giving birth to my son. During the labor and delivery, he yelled at me to stop talking and push. Then he had to use forceps to help pull my son out, causing a large mark on his face that scabbed up; as he was pulling to get my son out, he fell backwards almost falling on his ass. After my six week check up, I’m going to another doctor.
I was trying to let the medical assistant know what was going on with my body and she kept cutting me off every-time I was trying to explain myself. Dr. Baky gave me misinformation about my condition and also makes me feel humiliated coming to him. Walking out of that office left me with questions, uncertainty, feelings of being dismissed and unimportant. His staff are very friendly, he is nice but I feel sometimes hes not as helpful as obgyns i have been too in the past. Doctors are like clothes you have to find what best fits you, this doctor may not be for me but he might be a well rounded doctor for someone else.
