My family has been with the Thomas doctors for decades. My father before me. He was my primary. Now I’m angry, but I’m going to leave an honest review. When I needed to get in, it was easy. Minor problems, earaches, sore throat, shots, minor meds (sometimes), they were great. That’s my three stars. My loss of two is this, I lost my daughter in early 2024. Dr. Paul and his entire staff are the best!! Dr. Paul has been our doctor for over 20 years. He has seen me through a lot on my health journey. He’s very smart! He’s caring and compassionate. He really listens and he answers all my questions and gives it to me straight. I am very blessed to have him as my doctor. His staff are all wonderful and supportive. They really have a great crew here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my primary care.
Dr Paul Thomas is a nice guy. However, Everytime I go there I end up waiting over 30 minutes for my scheduled apt. This most recent time I got blood work done which included my thyroid. When the woman went to draw blood I made sure to tell her again that the dr ordered blood work for my thyroid. Well a week later I go to pick up my results and sure enough they have no record of thyroid blood work.
