Eric Brewer was extremely helpful with the warranty process the company should really appreciate his customer service skills are next level. Customer service is something that is often times lacking in today's world and Eric is truly a master at the craft of helping customers when they are stressed from a product not performing as expected. Nomadic is very Lucky to have this man on their team he is the exact type of person I'd hire to manage my customer interactions.
The nomadic customer service is so good, I wrote a separate letter to their management raving about how great an experience I had with one of their engineers….and I had never before written a letter good or bad about customer service.
We have an early generation X2 air conditioning unit on our Remote Vans adventure van. On a recent long trip we found that every time we entered a command, on the panel or on the remote control, the unit would give the most irritating beeping acknowledgment. Further, there was no way to silence it. NI customer support has been absolutely great! I removed and shipped them my control module for testing and updated programming. They turned it around in a day and it's on the way back to me. This is a first class crew!
Eric was fantastic helping walk me through installation of a new control unit on my X3 air conditioner. I’m not really knowledgeable about this type of stuff and he was patient and answered all my questions. In the past I’ve dealt with the owner too who was amazing when I stopped at their new facility for a visit last summer.
