Amazing Company! I love their X3 air conditioner. It’s keeping us at the perfect temp without using all of my batteries! Highly recommend them!
i have found Nomadic Innovations customer service to be absolutely fantastic. They helped me troubleshoot a problem, determined it was a warranty item and provided the parts quickly and efficiently. Also, the people are good at what they do, they were patient with me, highly responsive and professional. No regrets on buying my air conditioner from them.
Product comes from china and employees forced to remove “ made in china” stickers so they can make it seem like it’s made in America. Also not one singe forklift certified employee yet employees are made to operate forklifts
I want to send some public praise to Nomadic, and particularly to Rod, for helping me with a tech issue with my AC. I was mobile and concerned that I would be without an operating AC for quite some time. Although I was asked to create a ticket online when I called in for help, the return response was FAST (less than an hour). I sent the required information that I was able to, and Rod quickly and patiently (despite my angst) walked me through some steps, and we had everything squared away that same afternoon.
