I had a small issue when installing my AC. I contacted support and had prompt response within 24 hours. Ongoing email support from Eric B. was awesome as well and my issue was resolved successfully. Great company and great products.

I've been working tirelessly for the last two months to get my air conditioner working that was manufactured by this company. This is involved dozens of phone calls, dozens of emails, paying shipping on replacement parts and replacing them and I still don't have an air conditioner that works better than the Electric fan I used to have on my van. Eric B. from Nomadic Innovations was fantastic! I had a Nomadic X2 AC issue that was installed in my campervan build by a different company and when I addressed it to Nomadic, Eric immediately did everything to ensure my problems were resolved. He even mediated for me with the campervan builders to resolve the issue. Eric constantly followed up with me via e-mails and phone calls making sure all was going smoothly. This is a review from a real customer, not paid and not by a Nomadic employee. If you need Customer Service, ask specifically for Eric Brewer. Not only is he courteous, professional, prompt and thorough, he will check in with you, by email, a week or two later, to see how things are going with your project or if you still have some questions. The only drawback is that he sometimes has to get information from the “tech guys” in back. They are not Customer Service and, as such, are rather perfunctory in their answers, which is... read more
