If you want to give your money away and be provided with a filthy, unsafe place, then you've found the right company. Would not recommend. They will completely ghost you. The owner Shawn will consistently interrupt you and speak over you on the phone. They will take your money and give you an unsafe and filthy apartment. They will refuse to listen or assist you. They leave their own 5 star reviews. Do not work with this company! Kiana and Shawn should be ashamed of their actions and behavior.
If I could give zero stars, I would. NomadHomes Inc. is one of the most unprofessional and unethical rental companies we’ve ever encountered. They provided my in-laws with a completely unliveable rental property in Kingston. The house was filthy, unfit for habitation, and entirely unsuitable for a child.
