Do not use this service. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. I have not received a deposit on the 5th of the month since I started. Today is the 8th and I have yet to have a return call. I have only received an email explaining I waived guarantee rent because I choose a renter that they were requiring a co-signer (although the renter financially approved).
