Avoid Nomad Leasing at all costs. We used Nomad to try and rent out our home, and it was hands-down one of the most frustrating, disorganized experiences we’ve ever had. Tent frustrated after a call to ask about timeframes regarding our current lease. Lease is up in April so I asked the owner for an update. Unfortunately no response yet. So I called in and they said well sorry work with the owner. I asked what’s the timeframe legally, for the owner to provide notice. The agent then muted and stoped talking. Horrible customer service skills and no deescalating skills.
I’ve used them before and will use them again! They saved me a TON of money and everyone I’ve talked to on staff is super friendly from Zach to Sandra. I recommend the photo package, the tenants who moved forward did it because of the 3D tour.
I was searching for a new place to lease on zillow, where I found a home I was interested in. It was the first day it was listed and I went to tour the house and loved it. I put in an application, my spouse and I both paid our fees to apply and waited a day to get a response that we had been approved as eligible to rent and the owner was notified to send a lease.
