If we could leave zero starts we would. We contacted him to come out and give us an estimate on water damage, etc from our renters. He charged us $280 to come out then wrote us a letter to insurance stating it’s “normal wear and tear” on a 3 year old fifth wheel. We never asked for an insurance letter & originally paid for an estimate, which he refused to give us. Now he is not giving us a refund after wasting our time & money. Do not recommend using him as he is not an honest business.
I had a wheel bearing fail because of a packing that was done incorrectly and caused damage to the spindle which then caused us to have to get a whole axle replacement. Derek went above and beyond to help and rearrange his schedule to get the axle replaced and us back on the road. Thanks
Our 5th wheel needed the electric tank valves replaced. I found Derek through the NRVIA website as I believe in the quality of their training/certification program. He is knowledgeable about his craft, professional, easy to work with, showed up on time and his pricing was fair. I'm a happy camper with Dereck's work. I have couple of other repair jobs that are needed and will have Dereck do this work as well.
Huge thanks to Nomad Dad’s Rolling RV Repair for saving the day! He came out on short notice and replaced our water pump so we wouldn’t be stuck without water all weekend. Fast response, super clean work, quiet while working, and pricing was very fair. If you’re in a bind and need someone reliable, this is the guy to call. Highly recommend.
Derek is the best! We had an issue with our RV so he scheduled us for the next day , however after a few quick text he was able to fix the issue. He’s such a helpful honest person and I appreciate everything. If you’re looking for a mobile RV tech I would highly recommend Derek at Nomad for all of your RV needs.
