This was the WORST customer service I have ever received. They refused to give our money back, even though it was never stated it was non-refundable. When I tried talking to them using facts and legal evidence, the lady hung up on me. They finally gave SOME money back after cops were called. I would never recommend this group to anyone. Very unprofessional. Find a group that has experience and knows what they are talking about.
These so called company is an extremely unethical business. They do not treat their tenants well, and they do not honor their commitments to their contractors. They do not pay what they say they will. Do not do business with this company. It will be a waste of your time. If you are a potential tenant, RUN! These properties are not well cared for, and they will not fix what is broken even when we tell them it should be fixed...
