Not sure if this is for the right location, but I work at Bergstrom Neenah Ford, and there was a tow driver that came with an elderly woman in for service in the late afternoon/early evening on Tuesday and the kindness I witnessed is something I just need to talk about! He jumped this woman's car and followed her to our dealership, he helped her out of the vehicle and helped her to my desk to check in for service. Service was fine but when I need to get something out of my car they took forever
Setting up an emergency tow was super easy, they were on time and professional. Price was a bit higher than others in the area.
My car broke down on 41 in Oshkosh. Within 40 minutes of making my first phone call to Nolte's, my car was back at my home in Neenah. I was able to wait at home and the driver expertly delivered it in my apartment's parking spot. The price was reasonable and lower than I was quoted elsewhere.
