Stay away!! – I have been on the hunt for a birdcage veil and stopped by Nolte's to try one on. The owner showed me one option and I told him that I didn't like it. He told me that all birdcage veils looked that way and if I wanted something different I should go to Walmart and make it myself. I was dumbfounded that someone would say something like that to potential customer within about 2 minutes of us being in the store. The BEST Customer Service!!! – I am getting married on September 25, 2010 and we have purchased everything for the wedding from Nolte's. Mr. & Mrs. Nolte and Jill have gone above and beyond to make us happy. I am a very picky individual and I am very pleased with the customer service that I have received from everyone at Nolte's. BEST BRIDAL BOUTIQUE IN KANSAS CITY!! – After getting engaged, the first 'to-do' on my list was...DRESS, DRESS, DRESS!! Nolte's immediately came to mind!! I had tried on a few dresses at another boutique in town, but I didn't feel like they truly understood my style and vision. Plus, they only allowed me to try on 5-6 dresses total. Ruined my dress day of the wedding! – Do not EVER consider using this store for your bridal needs!!!!! I bought a dress from here. Day of my wedding, I picked my dress up and went straight to church. When I put the dress on, there were white spots on my dress and a stripe down the middle where you could see the steamer's lines had gone. I called Nolte's who had steamed the dress and they said to use a damp paper towel to take the spots off which didn't work. SAD...BUT TRUE... – Went here so excited...on a tip from a friend. Again...so excited. We knew exactly what we needed, just to look at the hair pieces, buy something, and leave. The woman appeared from the back, and told us they were closing soon for a very important event (it was 10:25am) and we didn't need anything did we? She ran as fast as she could in the back and we never saw her again until we were leaving, without what we came for. Rude salespeople. Zero customer service. SNOTTY!!!

HORRIBLE – They were rude and unfriendly. They weren't nice on phone or in person. I would suggest not going there! I found my dress in Wichita, the same dress they had at Nolte's that they swore no one else had and it was exclusive to their store. What a lie! It was also $350 less and it was the exact same dress, same designer, same everything!
