I read a LOT of reviews but I rarely post one! We were looking for a new local butcher shop near us - the butcher shops near us are good but not great. NOLO Prime by TN Meat Co. is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! The gentlemen working were friendly, answered my husband’s questions, they were engaging, made recommendations and much more. Great Shop! Lots of great quality options, amazingly helpful and knowledgeable staff.
I went to the shop for the first time yesterday. Wow is all I can say! I actually went just for lamb, but ended up buying a sampling of different meats and had a "meatfest" dinner :) The wagyu burger was insanely good, barely needed any seasoning, and none of us even put condiments on it. The kielbasa and hickory pit sausage were delicious. The filet mignon was perfect. Cooked it medium rare with just salt & pepper. So tender and juicy.
