Man I got nothing but good things to say about this place. The meat is always choice every time I buy. Never regretted a single cut I bought. Tommy’s a great guy definitely knows his stuff. Blade the GM keeps the place running like clockwork, super cool dudes. They also run specials every week with some great deals if you want a bulk order of different options. Go check em out if you’re sick of grocery store slop you won’t regret it ;) (Here’s some steak and eggs I made from them to raise your testosterone)

My husband and I occasionally lunch at the pub next door and have been meaning to try the meats at Nolo Prime. Last week we saw the Bundle of the Week offer and for the same amount we spent next door, we filled our freezer. First I made a ragu with some of the ground sirloin. It was really good. I have developed a taste for the finer cuts of red meat since visiting this shop!!! It is so refreshing to have a knowledgeable butcher in town. The staff is awesome. They know how to prepare and how to cook everything. They have not steered me wrong yet. The store is absolutely spotless. Everything I've purchased from here has been delicious. Amazing service! Every time I go, Tommy takes the time to educate me on how to make my selections best. Love this place and my favorite butcher I have ever had! Denver steaks were incredible and had my family raving!
