Me and my wife lived here for a few years, it’s a clean, well kept apartment with the best staff and maintenance team! My floor is quiet and whenever there has been an issue it has been fixed promptly. Highly recommend this beautiful building in the only location in Minneapolis that’s really safe and walkable
great location, right in downtown Minneapolis
My bestie lives here so I am over a lot, and am considering moving here once my lease is up! It's a considerably quiet for the location, and is always clean. The staff has always been extremely helpful and kind! Shout out the property manager for saving me from a downpour the other day- while waiting for my friend, she recognized me and allowed me to wait with her inside so I didn't get soaking wet with my groceries.Thank you!!
Hello. I resided at this property last year. It was WONDERFUL & DELIGHTFUL & a superb ADVENTURE !!! I am sooo appreciative to have had that blessing & I am praying for another go-around. Thank you. Kind regards.
This place is nice looking up-to-date with most administratives. But it's not friendly to those who have felonies of serve time and pay their debt to society.
