I'm from NY, and if Noli's was located back east, I'd go out of my way to to eat there. The pizza is flawless and the salads are pretty good too.
50 min waiting for two pizzas and no explanation or apology at all.
Thought it was wonderful. Loved the sauce, very savory with a nice sweetness. Very thin slice, have to fold it to eat as a Ny slice should be. The crust is the boss though. They've gone to a lot of trouble with the water system there to bring NY pizza dough to Omaha. Can't wait to try more of their pies. Had a slice of pepperoni today. Highly recommended!
