Stopped in for some 50/50 soil mix when my original location was out. Office staff was very nice, pickup was easy. There is a big dip in the back when you pickup soil fyi. 12’ Trailer got through fine but go through it correctly.
I can not stress how amazing this company was in helping me fix a drainage problem caused by another company who refused to admit error. Berry was so pleasant and professional in helping to stop my house from being flooded. They had to add more drainage 2 additional times to hopefully finally have it solved. We have used them several times for grass and it has always looked amazing (well as long as it is watered properly which we didn't follow through and ended up redoing the front yard. A GREAT, HARD WORKING team! Noles replaced our huge, rambling original railroad tie retaining wall, added strong underground drainage and then had them tear out and build us a brand new patio! They went above and beyond and were gracious when we wanted to add or change/tweak something here and there. We are already planning our next project with Noles and their amazing team. Great work ethic and top notch results!
Michael is the absolute best!! I'd never purchased bulk materials before and was really nervous about seeming stupid, but the employee I asked to help me was so nice! I'm grateful he was not only willing to walk me through the process of how to pick up the sand I needed, but also walk around and gather + weigh all the bigger stones I was eyeing. Such a kind and patient individual--Really happy he was once again the first employee to come up to me today and help me get the river rocks I purchased too 🙌 Thanks, Michael!!
