Michael is the absolute best!! I'd never purchased bulk materials before and was really nervous about seeming stupid, but the employee I asked to help me was so nice! I'm grateful he was not only willing to walk me through the process of how to pick up the sand I needed, but also walk around and gather + weigh all the bigger stones I was eyeing. Such a kind and patient individual--Really happy he was once again the first employee to come up to me today and help me get the river rocks I purchased too 🙌 Thanks, Michael!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would this place has a bad of customer service that lady should be changed if they want more business but I will never come back
Lady on the phone is RUDE. Seems like the other guy 20 bad reviews complained about her attitude. GET SOMEONE ELSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! She isn’t it. Put an order in for gravel and top soil. Was told would be delivered on a Wednesday. Never got a call nothing. Then waited an extra day, still nothing. And then it rained all weekend. After TWO WEEKS of waiting I finally had to call up there and complain. The lady that answered was rude when I asked for a time frame. Unprofessional at its finest.
