We had a great experience with Nolen Real Estate. Simon is driven and is one of the best relator in Virginia and Thomas is also great. I do not live in the area and they arranged all necessary contractor work to get our house ready to be sold. Their contacts are extensive. The house would not have been ready to sell without them. You get what you pay for.
Thomas and Simon are a true team. They assisted with all components of the sell, to include the home inspection, utilizing their contacts. Excellent work!
